gimnasio de <a href=\"https:\/\/sportium.com.mx\/inicio\">Sportium<\/a>, se compone de: <strong>peso libre e integrado, cardio y box. <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Adem\u00e1s tambi\u00e9n contamos con <strong>Cross Training y Bike.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Nuestro sistema de entrenamiento en el gimnasio, se divide en <strong>tres zonas de acondicionamiento f\u00edsico.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>El <span style=\"color: #3366ff;\"><strong>\u00e1rea Wellness<\/strong>\u00a0<\/span>est\u00e1 dise\u00f1ada para personas que comienzan a hacer ejercicio, ya que aqu\u00ed se usan aparatos de peso integrado el cual no lleva un esfuerzo f\u00edsico mayor y va a acorde a su nivel de cada usuario.<\/p>\n<p>El <span style=\"color: #ff6600;\"><strong>\u00e1rea Fitness<\/strong><\/span> es para personas con un nivel intermedio a avanzado en donde se combinan aparatos de peso integrado y peso libre<\/p>\n<p>El <strong><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">\u00e1rea de Performance<\/span><\/strong> es para las personas que tienen un mayor nivel, en la cual se compone de rutinas de peso libre con el uso de materiales de todo tipo para mayores cargas de peso.<\/p>\n<p>Adem\u00e1s, contamos con nuestro servicio de <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sportium.com.mx\/blog\/personaltrainer-sportium\/\">Personal Trainer<\/a>, en donde podr\u00e1s obtener entrenamiento personalizado en el cual podr\u00e1n guiarte
